Father's Day Revelry

Father's Day weekend was a success....slept late....ate well...was treated like the master of the universe (not that I am not really the master of the universe every other day of the year.....).

Ginger and her cousin Dylan sampled the oh-my-god-how-can-water-be-this-cold-without-freezing-take-me-to-the-hospital-I-have-hypothermia pool water at Pop's house. I sampled it as well and expect the feeling in my fingers to return some time end of week.

We dressed Lucy in ridiculous fashion accessories and took ridiculous pictures....as we are ridiculously prone to doing...

Ginger and mommy found a firetruck worth posing for. It should be noted that firetrucks rank just below ice cream and cupcakes on Ginger's ever-evolving list of things she likes most in life.

Ginger and I stole this one....it looked like they had another one....so we...took it. Seemed like the right thing to do at the time. Some girls want ponies.....Ginger wants firetrucks. Who am I to deny her?
