Learning How to Work Under Fire

Amie's sister Heather snapped this shot on her recent trip and reminded me that there are times when I am working at home and I barely notice that one or both of my daughters is literally climbing all over me. Among the many (magical) things one learns to do on the journey to fatherhood is the ability to focus whilst under heavy suppression fire from a 3 year old with little patience for coming in second place behind catching up on emails.
